2018 New Style China Fluconazole - Penicillin Sodium for inj. – KeMing Medicines

Gonococcus,Meningococcus,susceptible S. 

Aureus and Spirochete.It is indicated for the treatment of the following 

infections,such as severe

 furuncles,abscess,septicemia,septic meningitis,pnecumonia,

gonorrhea and syphilis.

A suitable amount of water for injection is added into the vial before use.

It is given by I.M. Or I.V.(by intermittent infusion)according to the infections.
For I.M. Adults. 0.24g-0.48g (400,000i.u-800,000 i.u)each time.2-4 times a day.
For I.V. Adults,0.96g-2.4g(1,600,000 i.u.-4,000,000 i.u.).
In the treating of meningitis and endocarditis,the daily dose is recommended

 to up to 6.0g-12.0g(10,000,000 i.u.-20,000,000 i.u.),intermittent infusion can be given after

 it is diluted.
Children,15mg-30mg(25,000 i.u.-50,000 i.u.)/kg daily,divided into 2-4 doses.
