Product Description	[Actions and uses] It has greater activity against Streptococcus,Pneumococcus, Gonococcus,Meningococcus,susceptible S. Aureus and Spirochete.It is indicated for the treatment of the following infections,such as severe furuncles,abscess,septicemia,septic meningitis,pnecumonia, gonorrhea and syphilis. [Asministration and dosage] A suitable amount of water for injection is added into the vial before use. It is given by I.M. Or I.V.(by intermittent infusion)according to the infections. For I.M. Adults. 0.24g-0.48g (400,000i.u-800,000 i.u)each time.2-4 times a day. For I.V. Adults,0.96g-2.4g(1,600,000 i.u.-4,000,000 i.u.). In the treating of meningitis and endocarditis,the daily dose is recommended to up to 6.0g-12.0g(10,000,000 i.u.-20,000,000 i.u.),intermittent infusion can be given after it is diluted. Children,15mg-30mg(25,000 i.u.-50,000 i.u.)/kg daily,divided into 2-4 doses.
