Tuberculosis of lungs,lymph,mouth,trachea,bronchi,intestines,genito-urinary system,bone,joints etc.It is especially effective for acute military tuberculosis 

and exudative pulmonary tuberculosis.Tuberculous meningitis,peritonitis and enteritis.
Pneumonia due to klebsiella pneumonia.
Bacterial infections of urinary tract.
Tularaemia and bubonic plague.
Endocarditis and septicaemia due to penicillin resistant bacteria.

Adequate dosage should be determined by the physician according to nature and severity 

of the disease.Usual dosage for:
Adults:0.5-1g daily, in one or two intramuscular injections.
Children:12-25mg,per kg. Of body weight daily,in one or two intramuscular injections.
