Pneumonia due to klebsiella pneumonia. Bacterial infections of urinary tract. Tularaemia and bubonic plague. Endocarditis and septicaemia due to penicillin resistant bacteria. [Dosage] Adequate dosage should be determined by the physician according to nature and severity of the disease.Usual dosage for: Adults:0.5-1g daily, in one or two intramuscular injections. Children:12-25mg,per kg. Of body weight daily,in one or two intramuscular injections.
