Children :30mg/kg weight daily in divided doses every 6 hours before meals. In severe infections these doses may be doubled and continued for up to 10 days. To reconstitute:Add 70ml water and shake well until granules are dissolved. NOTE:Treament should be continued until the bottle is empty unless otherwise instructed by the physician. Once reconstituted,the suspension remains stable fot 5 days at room temperature and for 10 days in a refrigerator.
