Pain:Paracetamol is used to provide temporary analgesia 

in the treatment of mild to moderate pain.
The drug is most effective in relieving low intensity pain

Fever:Paracetamol is used frequently to lower body

 in whom fever may be deleterious or in whom considerable 

relief is obtained when fever is lowered.

However,antipyretic therapy is generally nonspecific,does 

not influence the course of the

 underlying disease,and may obscure the patient’s illness.

I.V infusion within 15 minutes.Every 4 hours between two i

nfusion times.Minors adults 

more than 50kg.of body weight:1g/once(=1 bottle 100ml),

dosage can be increased to 4 times/day.
Maximum dosage can be 4g paracetamol/day.
Children more than 3kg of body weight (about 11 years old),

minors adults less than 50kg 

of body weight:15mg/kg/time(=1.5ml solution/1kg),maximum 

dosage can be 60mg paracetamol/1kg/day.
